When it was first released, the Aniversario No. 1 was groundbreaking. Complimented for its innovation and craftsmanship when first released, the revival captures all the nuance of the original, Davidoff has decided to revive it as part of its White Band Collection. Resurrecting hallowed blends as a treat for new and old smokers alike.
The revered mix starts with a beautiful array of Dominican tobacco for its long fillers including, Piloto Visus, San Vicente Visus, and San Vicente Mejorado. Capped with a crisp and vibrant Ecuadorian binder, and completed with a polished Ecuadorian Connecticut shade wrapper.
Sparking it up releases the refreshing taste of cedar wood, cream, and fresh herbs in the first third. Followed by the taste of roasted nuts, citrus, and fresh spices in the second third, and finally the ripe notes of cedar and walnuts in the last third.
Each package of Aniversario No. 1 limited edition comes with ten double corona cigars. Comes in a wooden cabinet slide box elegantly framed by the line color. One of the cigars in each box comes in a wooden tubo as a tribute to the original release. Each cigar is eight and two third inches by a forty eight ring gauge, allowing for the precise distribution of its medium bodied flavors. Pairs well with champagne, and will last for roughly an hour and a half.
Only 6500 boxes will be produced, so fans will need to act fast if they want a taste.
