UK Shipping

  • Same Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 12pm (Tuesday to Friday) will be dispatched on the same day.
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the next working day (Monday).
  • Delivery Under £500: For orders under £500, we will ship via Royal Mail Signed For or DHL, and you can expect delivery within 5 working days.
  • Delivery Over £500: Orders over £500 will be shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery or FedEx, ensuring you receive your order within 5 working days.
  • Regional Delays: Delivery times may take longer for Northern Ireland, the Highlands, and Islands, and during public holidays.
  • Stock Availability: Delivery times and guarantees are subject to stock availability. If there are any delays, we will notify you.

  • Shipping Carriers: We use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, Parcelforce Express, or DHL, unless you request otherwise.

    • Worldwide: Delivery aim is within 10-15 working days.
  • Tracking & Signature: All international orders are fully tracked, and signature upon delivery is required. You will also receive online delivery confirmation once your package is delivered.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns Process

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within a certain number of days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. We retain a 5% administration fee for processing refunds.
